Swim, bike, run…nailing two of these but want to start triathlons? TRY A TRI will improve all three and meet new people along the way.

TRY A TRY is a tailored coaching and social program for beginners in triathlon.

A comprehensive 8-week program that will have you racing through a triathlon like one of the greats and making new friends along the way. Led by JHRacing, Australia’s greatest triathlon stars, who will support, teach and show you how to doing tris with ease.

January 2020 is where it begins.

 

TRY A TRI includes:

 

  • Tailored program across swim, bike, run and socialise by internationally experience coaches
  • Master transitions and nutrition
  • Race strategy to get the target you are after
  • Support and motivation all in a social environment
  • BRAT Sprint Triathlon at program conclusion

 

Schedule:

 

  • MON: Swim (technique and open water) and coffee
  • TUES: Rest + Recover + Online Chat
  • WED: Run (technique to prevent injuries)
  • THURS: Bike (safe riding in a group) and coffee
  • FRI: Run (technique to prevent injuries)
  • SAT: Rest + Recover + Online Chat
  • SUN: Bike (safe riding in a group) and breakfast

 

  • $150 for BRATS members and $200 for everyone else who hasn’t worked out how great a BRATS Membership is. Pool fees on top
